An experience money cannot buy

We seem to spend much of our lives 'aquiring' things, yet so often it is the memories that are precious and stay with us.  Sometimes they are memories from expensive holidays, but often it is time spent somewhere special with someone special.

So it was that I was sitting on the top of the hill at the end of the valley with Sue, my wife, watching the sun go down.  The whole of the Cledwen valley, and the village of Gwytherin laid out below.  The sun dipping down behind Snowdonia as the sky went from white, to yellow, to orange and the temperature dropped below freezing.

Magic!  The last time we watched the sun go down together was on a tropical beach on the Island of Lamu off Kenya.

Special moments to cherish.
