Summer has arrived in Gwytherin

Spring has sprung and summer has arrived.  The trees have unfurled their leaves, the bluebells are out and the fields are full of new born lambs.  There is something very special about early summer, still not too hot and such an abundance of new life at every turn.
But it has not been an easy Spring, three weeks ago I was wading through snow in the hills; more importantly it was a hard Spring for the farmers and the new born lambs, both need some warm weather to recover - aided by a few tots of Welsh wiskey (for the farmers at least).
