Gwytherin the tidiest village in Wales

As part of Keep Wales Tidy Week a comunity litter pick was organised in the lanes and public areas of Gwytherin, followed by lunch at the Lion Inn.  Thanks to Rita & Menna - 2 of the oldest residents in the village who scrubbed, swept and polished in and around the telephone box late in the afternoon, and to Gill who spent the morning tidying around the war memorial.  When the task was completed all declared that Gwytherin was undoubtedly the cleanest village in Wales!
